Willmott Dixon
The construction industry is facing a growing skills gap, for both technical and soft skills. Willmott Dixon recognises that as a member of the Armed Forces these skills, such as teamwork, communication, flexibility, problem-solving and working under pressure, will have been part and parcel of day-to-day life in the military.
You may even have technical skills such as project management or construction experience, although this is not essential. Whatever your background, there are a wide variety of roles and opportunities, in a range of locations and workplaces.
